Using Coloring Studio

Coloring Studio lets you submit a photo and request an AI-generated coloring page in a selected visual style. By using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Minors

If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the app only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian who permits a minor to use the app is responsible for that use and for reviewing these terms with them.

Your photos and permissions

You remain responsible for every photo you submit. You confirm that you own the photo or otherwise have all rights, permissions, and consents needed to upload and process it. This includes permission from identifiable people in the photo and, for a child, permission from a parent, guardian, or other authorized person.

You must not submit content that is illegal, abusive, exploitative, sexually explicit, harmful, deceptive, or that violates privacy, intellectual property, publicity, or other rights.

Limited permission to process content

You give the developer of Coloring Studio and its service providers a limited permission to transmit and process your submitted photo only as needed to operate, secure, and support the requested generation service. You keep your rights in the original photo. As between you and the developer, you may use the generated result to the extent permitted by applicable law and the rights of others.

AI-generated results

AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected. A result may change facial features, clothing, body position, objects, background details, or composition. It may omit details, introduce new elements, or resemble content generated for someone else. Results are not guaranteed to be unique.

You are responsible for reviewing a result before saving, printing, publishing, or otherwise using it. Do not rely on an output as a precise or factual representation of a person or scene.

Availability and free creations

Generation requires a compatible device, internet connection, and access to third-party services. Features may be slow, interrupted, limited, or temporarily unavailable. We may change generation limits, free creation allowances, supported styles, technical providers, or other features as the app develops. Free creations have no cash value and are not guaranteed to remain available.

Subscriptions, billing, and renewal

Coloring Studio Pro is offered as auto-renewable weekly and annual subscriptions. After free access is used, creating coloring pages requires an active subscription.

The exact price, currency, billing period, and applicable taxes are shown in the app and in Apple's purchase confirmation before purchase. Apple charges your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase. Unless canceled, a subscription renews automatically for another period of the same duration under Apple's applicable terms and pricing.

Subscription access may end when a subscription expires and may be suspended or revoked after a refund, billing failure, or another change to the App Store transaction.

Cancellation, restoration, and refunds

You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings. Canceling stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of the current paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. See Apple's instructions for canceling a subscription.

Restore Purchases can recover valid App Store subscription access associated with your Apple Account. Apple handles refund requests and decisions under its policies and applicable law. See Apple's instructions for requesting a refund.

Local storage and backups

Pages saved to My Pages are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for exporting or backing up any result you want to keep. Removing the app, deleting a page, device failure, or loss of local storage may make a saved page unavailable.

Acceptable use and suspension

You may use Coloring Studio only for lawful, personal, and legitimate purposes. You must not interfere with the service, evade limits, automate abusive requests, attempt to access another person's data, reverse engineer protected service components, or use the app in a way that harms the service or others. Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the service.

Third-party services and Apple terms

The app uses third-party services, including cloud infrastructure and AI inference providers, which are subject to their respective terms and availability. Your use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms, including the Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coloring Studio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular artistic result, exact likeness, error-free operation, or suitability for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Coloring Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of the app, unavailable service, lost local pages, or reliance on an AI-generated result. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms as the service changes. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
