Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 25, 2026
Coloring Studio turns a photo you choose into a printable coloring page. This policy explains what information is processed to provide that feature and manage subscriptions.
Information we process
Coloring Studio processes the following information:
- Photos and generated images. A photo you take or select is processed to create the coloring page you requested.
- Anonymous service information. The app uses an anonymous technical identifier, generation status, selected style, allowance information, and security data needed to operate the service. The app does not ask for your name, email address, or a visible user account.
- App usage and diagnostics. General interaction events, app and device information, crash reports, and technical error information help us understand reliability and improve the app.
- Support messages. If you email support, we receive your email address and anything you choose to include in the message.
- Subscription information. We process the subscription product, purchase and renewal status, expiration or refund status, and associated technical transaction information to provide and restore access.
How photo generation works
Before upload, the app resizes and re-encodes the selected image. This removes embedded metadata such as EXIF details and GPS coordinates. The prepared image is securely uploaded to our backend and sent to a third-party AI inference provider to generate the requested coloring page.
The source image is deleted from our temporary storage after the generation job finishes. The cloud copy of a completed result is available only for delivery to the app and is deleted no later than 24 hours later. A page saved to My Pages is stored locally on your device until you delete it or remove the app.
How we use information
We use information only to provide and secure the generation service, deliver results, manage free creation limits, prevent abuse, investigate failures, respond to support requests, and understand how the app performs. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Subscription information is also used to validate purchases, provide paid access, and restore purchases.
Service providers
We use service providers that process limited information on our behalf:
- Google Firebase and Google Cloud provide anonymous authentication, app security, temporary storage, backend operation, analytics, and crash diagnostics. Learn more in Firebase Privacy and Security and the Google Privacy Policy.
- Third-party AI services transform submitted photos and generation instructions into coloring pages. This data is not used to train AI models. It may be temporarily retained for safety, security, and abuse prevention for up to 30 days, or longer where required by law.
- Apple system services provide camera access, photo selection and saving, sharing, and printing. Your use of those features is also governed by your Apple settings and Apple's privacy practices.
- Apple App Store processes subscription purchases and payment information. We do not receive your full payment card or bank account details. Learn more in the Apple Privacy Policy.
- RevenueCat manages subscription status, purchase validation, restoration, and subscription analytics. RevenueCat receives the app's Firebase user identifier as its App User ID, along with purchase history, product and transaction information supplied by Apple, and technical app or device information needed to provide the service. We do not send your photos, generated images, prompts, support messages, name, email address, or payment card details to RevenueCat. Learn more in the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
Analytics and diagnostics
Firebase Analytics collects general product events such as screen views, photo source, selected style, generation outcome, and export actions. These events do not include the photo, file name, prompt, generated image, support message, or generation identifier. The app does not access the advertising identifier (IDFA).
Firebase Crashlytics may receive crash traces, installation identifiers, app version, device model, operating system version, and safe technical error codes. We do not intentionally attach photos, prompts, signed links, or raw provider responses to crash reports. Google states that Crashlytics crash information and associated identifiers are generally retained for 90 days before deletion begins.
Subscriptions and purchase data
Apple processes subscription purchases and payments through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card or bank account details.
We use RevenueCat to check subscription status, provide paid access, and restore purchases. RevenueCat receives the app's Firebase user identifier as its App User ID and purchase and transaction information made available by Apple. We do not send your photos or generated coloring pages to RevenueCat.
Retention and deletion
- Temporary source photos are deleted after the generation job finishes.
- Cloud results are deleted no later than 24 hours after completion.
- Saved My Pages remain on your device until you delete them or remove the app.
- Anonymous account, allowance, generation, security, and billing records may be retained while reasonably needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, reconcile costs, resolve disputes, and comply with law.
- Analytics and diagnostic data follow the retention controls of the applicable Google service.
- Support messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed to handle the request and maintain an appropriate support record.
- RevenueCat retains subscription and purchase information under its own policy; Apple controls its App Store transaction records.
You may request deletion of cloud records associated with your use of Coloring Studio by emailing parfenovapps@gmail.com. Because the app does not collect your name or email during normal use, we may need additional information to identify the relevant anonymous records.
For a subscription-related request, the User ID shown in Settings can help us locate the corresponding purchase access records. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription or delete records controlled by Apple.
Security
We use encrypted network connections, app and device attestation, restricted service permissions, private backend components, and access controls intended to protect information. Photos, prompts, and signed download links are excluded from application logs. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children's privacy
Coloring Studio is intended for a general audience, is not directed to children under 13, and is not offered as a Kids Category app. Minors may use the app only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. For children under 13, a parent or legal guardian should operate the app on their behalf. A photo of a child should be submitted only by a parent, guardian, or another person who has the necessary authority and consent.
Your choices and rights
You control which photo is submitted and whether a result is saved or shared. You can delete saved pages in the app and can remove local app data by deleting the app. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of personal information. Contact us to make a request.
International processing
Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Their privacy and security terms govern those transfers and processing activities.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app or its service providers change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the current version.
