By downloading, accessing, or using IPTV Player ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.
1. Description of Service
IPTV Player is a media player application that allows users to load and play their own IPTV playlists. The app may also provide related features such as favorites, recently watched channels, picture-in-picture, AirPlay support, and electronic program guide features when available.
The app does not provide, host, sell, distribute, or broadcast any television channels, media streams, movies, shows, playlists, or other audiovisual content.
2. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the playlists, stream URLs, media sources, and content they access through the app. You must ensure that you have the legal right to access and use any playlist, stream, or content loaded into the app.
You agree not to use the app to access, stream, distribute, or facilitate access to content in violation of applicable laws, copyright laws, licensing terms, or third-party rights.
3. No Content Provided
IPTV Player does not supply any media, channels, playlists, subscriptions to TV services, or streaming content. We do not control, verify, monitor, or endorse any user-provided playlist or third-party content source.
Any issues related to stream availability, quality, legality, accuracy, or reliability are the responsibility of the user and/or the third-party source of that content.
4. Premium Features and In-App Purchases
The app may offer optional premium features through in-app purchases, subscriptions, or one-time purchases. Premium features may include, but are not limited to, unlimited playlists, picture-in-picture mode, AirPlay support, and TV program guide features for supported playlists.
Premium features do not include any TV channels, media content, playlists, or streaming services. Purchasing premium access only unlocks additional app functionality.
5. Subscriptions
The app may offer an auto-renewable weekly subscription. Subscription prices, trial availability, billing periods, and available products are displayed in the app before purchase and are confirmed by Apple in the App Store purchase sheet.
If a free trial is offered and you are eligible, the subscription will begin with the trial period shown at the time of purchase. After the trial ends, the subscription will automatically renew and your Apple ID will be charged unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled by the user. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
6. Lifetime Purchase
The app may offer a one-time lifetime purchase that unlocks premium features for the lifetime of the app, subject to these Terms and the continued availability of the app and supported platform services.
A lifetime purchase is not a subscription and does not automatically renew.
7. Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not process payments directly and we do not store your payment card details.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple's App Store policies. We cannot issue refunds directly for purchases made through Apple.
8. Restore Purchases
If you reinstall the app or use the app on another compatible device, you may use the Restore Purchases option to restore eligible purchases associated with your Apple ID.
Restoration depends on Apple and purchase validation services and may require an active internet connection.
9. Copyright
Users must respect copyright and intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized access to, use of, or streaming of copyrighted material is strictly prohibited.
If you believe the app is being used in a way that infringes your rights, contact us with relevant details.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the app, or use the app for unlawful purposes.
You also agree not to use the app in a way that violates applicable laws, regulations, third-party rights, or content licensing restrictions.
11. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app or its features at any time. Some features may depend on device capabilities, operating system version, third-party services, playlist compatibility, internet access, or the availability of external data such as program guide information.
We do not guarantee that any specific playlist, stream, channel, or program guide data will work with the app.
12. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any content accessed through the app, any third-party streams or playlists, any loss of data, service interruptions, purchase platform issues, or any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
13. Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Terms.
